How do you approach problems?​

We all approach problems differently. We all have different gifts. Some like research, some like brainstorming, some like action. We’re all different. If you understand the differences, you’ll rely on each other’s strengths and you’ll work better together. You'll also see any gaps you have in solving problems. This short exercise will reveal each person's unique problem solving gifts and bring your team together with a fresh perspective and appreciation for the role each person plays. As the admin of the group, you will be able to see everyone's response and then pull the team together once completed.

In ten minutes or less, your team will be on the road to innovation.
