Almand’s Drug Store was a 75-year-old independent drug store chain when they came to us for ReVision. They wanted a simple ad campaign to win new customers while retaining their loyal customer base.
When we took their team through ReVision, they quickly realized that there were other issues that would be in the way of their success. One issue was easily resolved the next week. The second issue involved an update of their primary location. It had become dated, cluttered and was not customer-friendly. We brought in a commercial interior design specialist and within days, we had a new plan to replace fixtures, add new signage and make the store warmer and more contemporary.
Once implemented, the customer response was immediate and positive. At that point, we were able to launch a customer acquisition campaign that increased traffic, shopping frequency and referrals. The store is back in growth mode thanks to ReVision.
